Signing in to your tribet account
Enter your tribet username or email address and your password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you will receive a verification code on your registered mobile number after you submit your login details. Enter this code in the prompt that appears. The code expires after subject to verification.
You can check the "Remember me on this device" box if you're on a personal device and want to avoid entering your password every time. On shared or public devices, we recommend leaving this unchecked for security. Your session will remain active for up to 30 days if you select this option; you can log out at any time from your Account Settings.
Mobile login on Android
Download the tribet Android app from your device's app store. Open the app and tap "Sign in". Enter your username or email and password. If you have 2FA enabled, enter the verification code sent to your mobile. Your app will keep you logged in across sessions unless you manually log out or uninstall the app.
The Android app stores your session securely using device encryption. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, you'll need to log in again. We recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts, especially on mobile devices.
Mobile login on iOS
iOS users access tribet via a mobile web browser (Safari, Chrome, or Edge). Visit tribet.app from your iOS device, tap "Member login", and enter your credentials. Your browser will prompt you to save your password; you can accept this for convenience. 2FA codes will be sent to your registered mobile number as an SMS or in-app message.
Unlike the Android app, the iOS browser version does not persist login state across browser closures by default. You'll need to log in each time you open a new browser session unless you use your browser's saved password feature. We recommend keeping your iOS device's software updated for the best security.
Forgot your password
Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered email address. We'll send a password-reset link to that address. Click the link, set a new password, and log in with your new credentials. The reset link expires after one hour for security.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact our support team via in-app chat, email, or live help. Our team can verify your identity through your phone number and government ID on file, then help you regain access to your account.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
We recommend enabling 2FA on every tribet account. Once enabled, you'll receive a verification code via SMS to your registered mobile number each time you log in from a new device or browser. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.
Enable 2FA in your Account Settings under "Security". You'll be asked to confirm your mobile number. After confirmation, a code is sent to that number. Enter the code in the app to activate 2FA. Each login will then require this additional step.
If you lose access to your 2FA device (for example, if you switch phones), contact our support team immediately. Provide your username and registered email address. Our team will verify your identity through your government ID on file and help you regain account access.
Session security and login history
tribet logs all login attempts to your account, including successful and failed logins, the device used, and the time of access. You can view your full login history in Account Settings under "Security". Review this history regularly to spot unauthorized access.
If you see a login from an unfamiliar location or device, change your password immediately. Go to Account Settings, select "Security", and click "Change password". Enter your current password, then set a new password. All existing sessions will be logged out automatically.
Sessions on tribet typically expire after 30 days of inactivity for security. You'll be asked to log in again if this happens. On public or shared devices, always log out manually when you're finished using your account.
Troubleshooting login issues
If you can't log in, verify that your username or email address is spelled correctly and that Caps Lock is off. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've tried multiple times and still can't access your account, wait subject to verification before trying again; accounts are temporarily locked after several failed login attempts for fraud prevention.
If you're using a VPN or proxy, try logging in without it. Some security tools may interfere with tribet's login verification. Check your internet connection—a weak or unstable connection may cause the login process to fail. Reload the page or restart the app and try again.
If you continue to experience login problems, contact our support team. Provide your username and the time you attempted to log in. Our team will check your account status and help restore access. Response times are typically hours during business days.
